31 General Inspectorate of the Government Force. No.384/Vertr.3.Abt./1941. Prague, 1l June 1941. Subject: Non-welcomes of the State Secretary K.H.Frank. The Wehrmachibbemöchte at the Reichsproteltor in Bohemia and Moravia. Eing.: 1 1. VI. 1941 Cgb. 2r. 1106/inagen Ref.: To the Abt.: 3. b. B. Mr. Secretary of State K. H. Fr a n k, P r a B. The Minister of the Interior has informed me that senior officers of the government force have not greeted the Secretary of State while riding in the tree garden. The investigation I personally carried out on all subjects revealed that none of them are aware of this. It must therefore be assumed that this could only happen unintentionally and that perhaps it can also be explained by the practice of greeting only at the first encounter when riding in the tree garden. I have again and emphatically called to the attention of all the officers of the government force assigned in Prague to the duty of greeting, and I ask you to apologise for this unfortunate incident and to take note of my action.
