He asked the German judicial authorities to agree to the extension of the jurisdiction of the Wehrmacht courts to members of the government troops for all crimes that could be prosecuted under applicable law. When asked which ideas were raised against the previous substantive treatment by the ordinary deutach judicial authorities, Oberkriegsgerichtsrat von Doernberg stated that complaints had not to be raised, General Friderici wanted the extended jurisdiction only for fundamental considerations. The High War Court of Doernberg pointed out various concerns against the regulation which the Wehrmacht authorized. He asked for an early decision, since in the opinion of General Friderici a request to the OK must be issued soon. The current legal situation is as follows: The formerly tachecho-Slovak military court system has been dissolved by government decree of 7 September 1939 (Slg.d.Gess.ü.Vdg. No. 255). Staff members of the government force are prosecuted in accordance with the same rules of jurisdiction that apply to civilian members of protectorate. Therefore, in principle, the criminal courts of the Protectorate are called upon to prosecute actions by members of the government force. In those cases, in which also civilian protectorate members of German ordinary jurisdiction are under the jurisdiction (cf. Vo. v. 14 April 1939 - RGBl. I s. 754 - sovie the two supplementary orders issued), ÜD
