I would like to thank the rapporteur for his excellent report, and I would also like to congratulate him on his excellent work. The German justice system would not only appear to be the guardian of the legal norms required by German interests, but also as a guardian of Czech legality represented by the government of President Hácha. Such primaries would not be so easy to obtain propagandistically from the point of view of the national struggle, just as, on the other hand, such judgments would have to be interpreted externally as being in the interest of both Germanism and Czechism. I would therefore like to ask for the Führer's decision regarding this fundamental question and would be grateful for the message as soon as possible. I would like to take over the establishment of the People's Court.
