An attempt should therefore be made to train a technical officer as far as possible with the engineer's xamen for the management of the professional fire brigade to be set up in Moravia,- Ostrava, first at specialized schools in the Reich. It is to be expected that a trained firefighter will not be available before April n.J. However, a powerful fire protection must be used already in the fall of the year in Moravia,-Ostrava.
