S V 1 No. 713/37 - 215 - of 22 March 1938 g The following addition to the above decree is made to point V: Division II is responsible for the treatment of returnees at the individual state police stations. 2 To point II 1: From interrogations which have a intelligence value, 3 copies - described unilaterally - must be submitted to the Secret State Police Office for reference number IIHGSt (Ber.). 3) To Appendix 1: The guidelines on the interrogation of return migrants are supplemented as follows: a: The return immigrant must be questioned about which object he owns and how much he possesses. b: The repatriator is to make the special provisions of the law of the foreign institution intolerable.
