The new version of the right of non-profit in the Old Kingdom is imminent and I very much welcome the fact that the approximation of the rights of nonprofit is postponed in the Protectorate until the new right of public interest in the old Kingdom has been adopted.The same rule is also applied in the Eastern Mark and in the Sudetenland. If the new right of public utility was then adopted in the Old Kingdom, I would consider it expedient if the same legal regulation were to be applied in the Protectorate.The introduction of the right of non-profit in the former Kingdom will inevitably lead to the formation of an examination body.
