As far as I know, the Ministry of Social Welfare is concerned with working on a special law on non-profit housing in the strict sense of German public utility law. It has also been reported to me that there are about 500 non-profit housing companies in Bohemia and about 2 000 in Moravia, which, unlike the German organization, are now organized in various associations and are not united. The matter will also be important, in particular, because there may be a difference between the national German construction cooperatives and the others. Moreover, I would consider it appropriate if a certain degree of alignment could be achieved with the conditions in Great Germany, especially with regard to the national construction cooperative, the P.E.
