I must maintain my concerns expressed in this letter in full. They are reinforced by the fact that, under the rules now laid down, the area load distributor, whose duties are carried out by a German official of the Autonomous Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour, is to be subject to your mandate. From the well-known political considerations it is, however, impossible for an autonomous ministry to keep instructions from a different place than the German State Minister for Bohemia and Kähren.
