Necomw ,iveree 1re Betr.: Concentration in the state economic administration Bohemia and Moravia. ler Lides ioos Lonpreclig 781 70 44. During yesterday's meeting with the Minister of State, in which, in addition to the undersigned of the Security Police and SD commanders and President Dr. Adolf, the language of the lecture by four-story leader Dr. Weinmann inevitably came to the increasingly urgent concentration in the state economic administration of the Protectorate. President Dr. Adolf, as well as the undersigned, stated that this concentration was no longer open due to the increasingly tense situation which necessitated rapid decisions. In the opinion of the Reich Ministry of Economic Affairs, however, the Reichsministerium für Armor und Kriegsproduktion (Ministry of Armaments and War Production) does not expect to have a regulation in the other Reichsgebiet in the sense of the creation of a uniform war economy and armaments office in the middle instance. I share the latter view for the reason that I do not consider organizational changes of a drastic nature to be feasible at this stage in the threatened Reichsgauen. The Minister of State ordered that he be presented with a draft letter to the Minister of the Reich Professor Albert Speer, in which, by reference to the previous change of opinion, a concentration is no longer to be postponed and the realization of his proposal that the chairperson of the Armaments Commission in the Protectorate can only be the personality, which at the same time heads business and labour at the German Ministry of State St.M.
