121 Decree on the Arms Commission and Arms Inspection in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia 1.) The war-economic tasks of the Reich in the area of the Protectorates require the uniform use of all forces. This task lies with the German Minister of State for Bohemia and the Moravian Republic. In order to mobilise and maintain these arms tasks in a comprehensive manner, I call, in agreement with the German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia, the abbot V of the German L Minister of state, Minister Dr, Bertsch, to chair the Armaments Commission for the Protectorate of Bohemia and Mähren. Summary of the services of the Reichsminister für Armor und Kriegs- 7 produktion in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia will be cancelled. The rights and obligations arising from this decree will be transferred to Minister Dr. Bertsch. 3.) The Armaments Inspection Prague and the Armament Commands Prague I, II and Brno will be dissolved. For the entire area of the Protectorate, an Armaments Command with its headquarters in Prague and a branch office in Brno takes its place. 4.) The tasks of the Armament Inspection with the exception of the task management of the W-betriebe (Wehrmacht) are transferred to the German Minister of State for Bohemia and Moravia. 5.) Resolution Office Rü In Prague is responsible for the handling of the services for the former armaments services. The settlement must be carried out up to 31 December 1984. 6.) This decree shall enter into force on 15 January 1984.
