66 - 2 § 4 Institution area. The area of activity of the institution is the Reichsgau Sudetenland, the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and the South Moravian territory belonging to the Gau Nieder-Danube. § 5 Seal of duty. (1) The institution is entitled to carry out a seal of service according to a detailed order of the Reich's Minister of Economics. (2) The documents issued by the institution using the seal of service are thus public documents. II. Constitution and administration of the institution. §6 Organs The institution is administered by the Chief Director (g.) of the Board of Directors. § 7 Oberdirektor. (1) The Chief Director, who is an indirect Reichsbe- ter, conducts the administration independently and with sole responsibility. He represents the institution in court and out of court. He is the supervising officer of all the officials and employees of the institution. The executive director is the Reichsstatthalter für den Reichsgau Sudetenland. (2) The Chief Director, after consulting the Administrative Council, shall be appointed, dismissed and retired by the Piereumgrmnpaay Reichswirvsehaftominister on a proposal from the Reiöhehalter. He may be appointed on a temporary basis. §8$
