34 Dr.von Burgsdorff Under-Secretary of State Prague, April 18, 1940. I presented the program presented by the district director to the Reichsprotector. Mr. Reichsprotektor approved the rally on the Altstädterring in the proposed form with the following deviations: The speech of Mr. Imperial Protector is omitted, but he will attend. The advance march in front of the Reichsprotektor on the Altstädterring is also no longer necessary. I have communicated this regulation to the district head.
