In Protiwin the official inauguration of the training camp of the Board of Trustees for Youth Education in Bohemia and Moravia in the presence of the head of government Dr.Krejči, the chairman of the Youth Curatorium, Minister Moravec, and the lecturer Dr. Kliment from the President's Office as well as some other guests took place. The members of the protectorate government as well as the guests gathered in Pisek, where their arrival was already known the day before by the security measures taken. With the exception of a few Czechs, who had found themselves more out of curiosity on the entry roads and on the city square, the population took note of the visit, but the population in Protiwin behaved. Czech workers, for example, who criticized the large number of security bodies, said that they preferred to go home, because they were not curious about "these gentlemen". In addition, Czechs expressed their fear that such an official visit would be of concern, because something could happen too easily, and the consequences would then have to be borne by the population. Before the ceremony in the Protiwin camp on 30.5.43, a trip of the guests of honor to Moldova thein and from there with farm carriages to the young labourer's recreation camp Semenec took place. From Vltavathein all participants won a much more favorable impression than from Pisek and Protiwin because of the rich flag decoration (only the Catholic Church had not flagged) and the Czech population gathered on the main square, which greeted the guests with the German greeting throughout. Especially the school children with the teachers lined the exit road to Semenec were noticed by a particularly tight greeting. Numerous Czechs could also be observed, who raised the rights to greeting behind closed windows. The general picture showed a great openness.
