The fronts are at present so sharply separated and petrified that every attempt at rapprochement by individual Czechs is impossible, even if the blood-like and psychological conditions of a repopulation would be given by him. Up to now the German front was probably necessary in order to collect it and to leave it - strong. But now it is time to do what it takes to tear up the Czech's 7.o00.O00 block before it is still very tightly welded. From the unified block, the greatest resistance forces could arise, which would, however, cause assimilation as well as the greatest difficulties for general politics. This is why visible German leadership is called upon in all areas, especially in which a reshaping of today's revolutionary ideas develops, before mm is still able to adapt to the new situation. German leadership on all economic individual offers (in chambers of commerce, economic policy orgenizations) in the agricultural tasks of the production battle, the model economy, orientation of all self-government bodies and the operative organizations from the German side, influence on the social order and the internal organization, especially in the industry is urgently needed. The German leadership within the corresponding various protectorate institutions is compatible with the idea of autojomy. The relationship between Reichsprotector and protectorate government of leadership and execution is transferred to broad, professional life The German leadership allows to bring the individual Czechs to a German-led cooperation and to judge. Ways to the future population are prepared.Experiences and possibilities for future measures gained. The work on the profession is particularly valuable. It captures the Czech man with the greatest possible part of his spiritual and material existence and adds him most strongly to the rhythm of German life. The Czech worker is supposed to work especially in the social field.
