Task The task of the summary is to provide a brief outline of the reports of the Oberlandrats from the Pebruar l94l and the earlier reports on the question of the assi-, mitigating of the Tsclechen. It highlights only the great basic ideas with their essential justification, without being able to understandably reflect the full richness of thought and the comprehensive plans of individual Upper Land Councils in their closed plans. Basic requirements for any further work are fully consistent with the views of all political figures on the question of adaptation. As long as the party and the state have different views in the most remote of Prague and the decision of the leader is also different, can and must not be approached in the implementation of the so immensely difficult problem of assimilation. It is necessary to draw up precise guidelines, to approve them by the supervisor and to have them communicated to all the bodies involved for observation. German bodies of all kinds must be systematically deployed and uniformly used under uniform, clear guidance at the Spttzs.
