With regard to the left bank road, I would like to say at this point that the need for this connection still seems to me to be high today, and I believe that the question of this new connection should also be discussed in a general way in the study of the current design of Kampe Island. In the context of both studies, a number of detailed problems were posed by their technical and architectural aspects.
