English Translation
- 4 - vaccinations and therefore they could be carried out almost smoothly. It is characteristic of the attitude of the population that the immunizations were even led to such voluntary vaccinations, which cost the person concerned. Only a few rumours appeared that the serum used for vaccination was worthless or even harmful (Reichenau, Bez. Reichenau, Jermer, Bezi. Königgrätz and Wsetin, Beze. Zlin). However, little or no importance was attached to these rumors in the Czech public, so that no adverse effects on vaccination were recorded. As proof of the positive attitude of the parenthood to the vaccinations is mentioned Butschowitz, (pol. Bez.Wischau,). 93 children were pre-invited for the vaccination and all 93 were subjected to the immunization. In no case did any damage occur. Taking into account the perceptions made, it can not be assumed that in the foreseeable future the opposite effects could be apparent in the position of the Czech population for compulsory vaccination.
