However, since even recently a case has become known that in a smaller provincial town 50% of the vaccinated children did not appear for vaccination in 1941, it was appropriate to look at these rumors once, and to determine whether 1.) the local vaccination results are so inadequate that people's health risks could arise. 2.) the competent authorities of the municipal and state administration carry out their tasks with the necessary force, 3.) the population shows the necessary understanding for this, or behaves negatively. The reports received almost unanimously show that, without any difficulty, 95% of the children subject to vaccination, some 100%, were registered, while only a very small percentage could not be subjected to ampiang as a result of illness or weakness: A report by the national authority of Brno on compulsory vaccination shows that more than 95% of children who are subject to vaccination were registered in Moravia, and that participation in voluntary vaccination, e.g. against diphtheria, is generally considered to be very good in contrast to previous years, and the results of vaccination were generally quite satisfactory. Deficient vaccination results were only isolated. For example, in the Plass district (OLB Pilsen) only a positive success of 15% could be achieved with a 100% participation, and 20 % was achieved with recovery. In Mauth (OLB Pilsen), two Czech doctors involved in vaccination said that this year's serum was by far not as good as it used to be. Of the vaccinated children, 20 to 40 % had to be vaccinated again in some places. The serum would already be war product. The good products that are available would be used for the wounded. Sometimes doctors in Pilsen also expressed themselves in this way.
