English Translation
bE ~ 3 - As can be seen from the map sketch, the largest part of the balloons is flown in with east wind. Only the balloons that fell at Innsbruck - the balloons were driven with westerly winds from the direction of Lichten- stein - Switzerland. It can be safely assumed that these are Russian balloons, which are supposed to spread terror and unrest among the population by their fire effect. Presumably the Russians intend to set fire with these balls in the Sormese villages, grain fields, forests and heaths in the largest primal catch. Special attention will be paid to the ignition plant probably contained in the cruciate ligament under the canister. Also interesting are the signs painted on the balloon cover. Furthermore, the direction of the vigilance prevailing at the time of arrival of the balloon must be reported. Addition for the police attaché in Sofia and the chiefs of mission groups A to D, as well as for Ant V and units IV A 1, IV A 4, IV D 4 and IV E 5: I attach the FS. decree listed in the reference to this issue in writing to the annex.
