6. Under openness in the sense of § 1, para. 1 of the Ordinance, any place where a Jew obliged to bear the mark can meet a lerson who does not belong to his lousy attitude must be understood. In agreement with the Foreign Office, with immediate effect, also Jews of Slovak, Croatian and Romanian nationality are subject to the police regulation on the identification of the Jews and the related measures. Moreover, in view of the tense traffic situation, the issuing of the eriaubnis for the use of means of transport by Jews must be limited to a very minimum. This applies in particular to Jews, who are the Angenorigen of officially recognized Jewish Urganisations (e.g. Reichsvereinigung der Juden in Deutschland (Reich Association of Jews in Germany) from official backgrounds who want to undertake a journey.
