(a) Housing facilities and household equipment: The utilization of the housing facilities and the household equipment (clothes, linen, etc.) follows with the exception of the Upper Land Council areas of Prague and Brno by the Upperland Councils themselves. The Oberlandrat must therefore immediately after transport of the Jew for the estimation of the left-over housing facilities and of the house council by a court sworn estimate master. According to the carried out estimate, the sale can take place either from the apartment itself or after previous transport to a collective camp. Estimate and sale must be carried out according to national policies, with the advantage of the lesser-sized German people. It is recommended that, prior to the start of such an action, the responsible personnel be instructed to make use of the experience of this department in this area by means of an audition at the Central Office for Jewish Emigration. Unrequited disposal of assets cannot be effected.
