74 July 10, 1944. Dear Mr Pleiger! I cannot agree with the way in which your pens do not speak. I should like to ask you, rather, to ask your pen pens to speak politely and to take account of the fact that I am still a trade union board. In advance, I inform you that I cannot comply with the request for immediate execution of your orders in the case of Dr. Nowak, since on the one hand I cannot present Mr. Prank with completed acts, on the other hand I refuse to allow Dr. Nowak to leave, as I have always been in favour of him. The accusations made against him are partly somewhat one-sided and exaggerated and cannot in any way justify his leave of absence. It seems strange to ask me to secure the files of Dr.Nowak and to subjugate him to enter the business tan.In addition, I can rely on the cooperation of Drs. Nowak does not give up even for a short time under any circumstances. Erggtzmann Zenkl, to whom your pen was mistakenly assigned the doctorate, is a consultant in the sales department and has not gone beyond the first legal state prilfug, so that he fir the work area of Dr. Nowak, which is mainly economic-legal, does not come to Prague at all. Another substitute is also not available, which could only carry on the work of Dr.Nowak with some success.
