On my part, I propose, after consultation with the Gauleitung Sudetenland, the director Dr. Schicketanz, who is currently employed at the Berg- und Hüttenwerkgesellschaft in Teschen, who I know as an outstanding expert on space and the economy. Dr. Schicketanz would also fulfil the political conditions which must be observed in the present case. He could replace Kuchinka in all functions, i.e. both as a trade director and as a managing director. In this case, Dr.Schmidt would be viable as a supervisor - with the same powers as Dr.Möhring.
