However, such measures of the group organization do not seem to be important at the present time. On the contrary, they are capable of disturbing and hindering the necessary work of Witkowitz by the concern of the Governing Staff, Guido Schmidt was finally pointed out that the maintenance of the work of the Advisory Council was already necessary for the reason of taking account of the particular circumstances of the area. Schmidt replied that he would ensure that the advisory board would function without complaint and that he intended to convene an advisory board meeting in the first days of April. Möhring's replacement had become necessary because he had not been able to reach a bearable personal relationship with the Council of State Pleiger. I should also like to point out that Hermann Göring-Werke has recently made two major transactions at the expense of Witkowitz without consulting the Advisory Council. They have directly transferred the sales organization of Witkowitz to Hermann Göring-Werke, which means that in future the sales proceeds will be transferred to Hermann Goering-Worke, who will internally determine the amount to be paid to Witcowitzer Werke. This will subsequently also influence the use of various members of the Witkowitzer Werke, since the sales department is subordinated to Hermann Göring-Werke wnmittel-bar. In the second parlour, Hermann Göring-Werke concluded a contract with Berg & Hitten A.G. for shares of the Kontinentale Eisenhandelsgesellschaft without the involvement of the General Director Kuchinka and without questions from the Advisory Board, at the expense of Witkowitz.
