159 Slovakia and on the border of the Polish, Czech and German settlement area can only be called upon to have proper national socialist positions in public life. The political weight of the Walter of Witkowitz's works is virtually far greater than that of a senior administrative officer in Moravian territory. In the presence of Guido Schmidt, who is superior to the leading masters of Witkowitz's works, new power lines would develop immediately, apart from Schmidt's holding a leading position in the entire economy of Bohemia and Moravia from the Witcowitz base. He pointed out, by the way, as he said, that from Witkowitz all economic associations in Bohemia and Moravia can gain decisive influence, which the previous administration had failed to achieve. Since Councillor Krohn himself has reservations about appointing Schmidt as administrator, it is possible for Secretary of State Krohn to work on the appointment of another person as administrator in place of Guido Schmidt, whereby the legal visions envisaged by Krohn itself could be used primarily to justify the resignation of Dr. Rash from the advisory board of the Witkowitzer Werke is regrettable, because Rash was a very sharp, clever and objective employee of the advisory council. Besides the Oberlandrat only Dr. Delius from the Hermann Göring-Werke is present on the advisory committee, Dr. Delius must be regarded as a simple representative of the State Council Pleiger. If speed is actually taken away, then it seems absolutely necessary to propose a representative of the economy of this area of appropriate format to his place. (Only in addition to the person Kiesewetters from the credit institution of the Germans!) To sum up, the problem of further development must be solved.
