The discussion about the reorganization of the management of the Wit-kowitz ironworks has become extremely lively due to the sudden appearance of Dr. Guido Schmidt in Witcowitz. I have taken an opportunity to perform industrial meetings in Moravian-Ostrava and to take a picture on the spot. - Dr. Guido Schmidt has already set up his seat in the Witkowitz ironworks and calls on the whole matter to be concluded by your stated agreement. In a strictly confidential debate with the head of the district, I noted that he, by the name of the party, paid attention to the dangers associated with this process and strongly advocated the management of the ironworks by Mr. General Director Kuchinka, especially since Dr. Guido Sehmidt has by no means provided the political conditions.
