Then all the possibilities that could be considered in the legal and factual situation were discussed again. It was agreed that the Reiehswerke Hermann Göring would never agree to an appointment of Director-General Kuchinka as administrator, that Kuchin Ka would not be the approved personality for it either. State Secretary Krohn represented the point of view that Kuchinka should withdraw to the "direction", the own governmental organ of Witkowitz, and leave the business management to someone else. Then it would be enough that Dr. Guido Schmidt would only be appointed "supervisory administrator". On the other hand, it would appear that a strong person in the management of Witkowitz - from the Hermann Göring Group- General Manager Kuehinka, who was born in the Hermann Goering Group, probably plays easily to the Vand. Against an installation of Dr.Schicketanz in the direction of Withkowitz, Secretary of State Krohn would not have any fundamental considerations.
