8a in which a comparison of the achievements of the works of Witkowitz for the Herman Göring works is to be included over the years and of the performances of the Herman Goering works for Witcowitz. How easy it is to see, the final balance of this list is very in favour of Withkowitz. The Herman Göring-Werke explained to Director-General Wlk that the contents of the list represent the facts of the state treason and the clarification of the whole matter, in particular the question of the author and the copywriter, was transferred to the secret state police. In Berlin it is alleged that this memorandum was designed by Dr. Nowak. According to the local authorities, this memorandum is likely to be identical to a record handed over by former director Kuchinka about two months ago to Dr Bertsch, Minister of Finance, in Prague. Kuchinka then described this statement as a draft which was to examine the character of the cooperation between Herman Göring-Werke and Witkowitzer Werke unaudited for the time being. According to the Director-General Wlk, this memorandum has been reproduced in the office of the SA Standartenführer Dr. Lüth and has been sent to five different recipients. Dr. Lüth explained, however, that he did not know anything about this. The case of this memo would be of police importance if it could be demonstrated that the recipients of the memo were not entitled to receive in accordance with the confidentiality regulations. biy3 20417 rh
