Because of its thousand years of history, Bohemia and Moravia belong indissoluble to the German Reich and to Europe. The German weapons have so far kept away from the countries of Bohemia and Mähren any immediate influence on war and thus, Mr. President, your forward-looking political decision of the 15th century. May this day of commemoration be a reminder to every last Czech to serve your and your government's policy, Mr President, without reservation and with the last sacrifice. The Czech people will thus serve not only the German Reich and the new good order of Europe, but also the well-being of their own people. Whoever acts against it is a criminal, not only in the country of Bohemia and Moravia but also in the future life of all Europe, he will thus also expose his entire people to destruction.
