English Translation
32 2 countries of Bohemia and Moravia, and thus, Mr. President, your foresighted political decision of 15 March 1939 is justified to the highest degree. May today's commemoration day be a reminder to every Czech to serve your and your government's politics without reservation and with the last sacrifice. The Czech people will thus serve not only the German Reich and the new, better order of Europe, but also the well-being of their own homeland. Whoever acts against it is a criminal, not only in the country of Bohemia and Moravia but also in the future life of the whole of Europe; he also exposes his entire people to destruction. I should therefore also like to express the expectation that the few loners who still have a sense of resistance, as well as those who still believe that they can passively stand aside, can still be taught by the most urgent warnings and early sharp measures of the German authorities! I thank you, President, and also Threr Government, for your great tireless work in the service of the Pührer and the Great German Empire. I can assure you at the same time that in the fifth year of the Protectorate, which is beginning again, Sio can count on my and my loyal employees to continue to provide full support for your one-time great work. I know that the Pührer will thank you after the final victory has been achieved.
