The government is addressing you all and appeals to your reason, your sober thinking, your sense of responsibility and your love for the people. In the past few weeks, when the Empire was forced to make immediate arrangements to secure public rest, the security of work and order in the catering sector, you have demonstrated by your work and discipline that the people in its decisive majority have clearly remembered their duty to the Kingdom and to the Homeland and that only a small number of individuals have put their own destiny and the fate of their fellow human beings, even of the whole people, at risk in an unresponsible manner. The government expresses its thanks to you and asks you to remain firm in the responsible service of your own country in accordance with the interests and interests of the Empire, do not forget for a moment that there is war and that the Czech people too are in war.
