Since I have not yet received any notice of my submission of 8 July 1983 on your above-mentioned letter, I ask for confirmation that the notification of the Reich Ministry of Education is in order and that Nitsch can be exempted if the Reich Department of Education provides a replacement. Since the Minister of Education intends to transfer the substitute teacher soon, and since the People's German Central Office, invoking the alleged approval of the Minister for State, constantly urges me to let go of Nitsch, I would be grateful for an early understanding. A replacement who is to be hired as a school inspector in place of Nitsch at the regional authority in Prague is already selected. The student council from the district will then take his place at the school.
