With reference to your letter of 1 December 1941, R.pr.Nr. 1333/41, I have the honour to convey to Your Excellency the accompanying copy of a letter addressed to the Ministry of Education - in German translation - from which it can be seen that I have already given appropriate instructions in the matter concerning the school system on the basis of information received from me. I am very concerned about your Excellency's shortcomings in the food sector and their consequences. I have asked the government to immediately propose measures that would be appropriate to remedy the damage caused. I will report on the outcome of my orders in both directions at the time.
