30 S t e l l u n g n a h m e on the complaint of the former trustee Ing. Ed. Beck v.2l.I.44. Bosko, Boskowitz. The statements made by Beck are to be regarded as a result of the annoyance about the non-confirmation of his trusteeship by the state authority in Brno - Reichsauftragsverwaltung. It is true that Beck, after having already confirmed on 30.VII.43 the orderly takeover of the company, found an understatement of the accountant of the firm and brought it to the notice. The culprit has already been punished and has also made the company harmless under civil law. In so far as Beck emphasizes his merits for the company, it must be pointed out that the perception of the interests of the company belonged to his sphere of duty; a violation of these duties would have made him liable for damages, so that there can be no mention of particular merits. The multi-quoted memory of Beck of 5.l0.l943 was worthless for the Vernögenamt as a pure exploitation authority. Beck was referred to the state president for Moravia on 30. Otkober 1943 under detailed reasons. I have to reject the hidden accusation of an unsocial attitude, also the assertion that I only decided after Beck's "instruction" to combine the observance of diplomas of trust with a donation of money. It is only true that I have summoned Beck for my information and approved the requested amount after the meeting. Beck's dismissal took place on November 5, 1993 in the course of the transfer of jurisdiction to the President of Moravia. trte Prague, on March 4, 1944. Obersteuerinspektor 2562
