69 b/ from the payment of K l9.O00.- for church requirements /administrative and building requirements/ of the Brethren's congregation as the dotati on the basis of § 5 Law Coll. l22/l926 and §§ 196, 199 of the Government Decree Coll. No 124/l928 with reference to § 2 Law of 20 May 1874, RGBl. No. 68, and in connection with § 20 of the Imperial Patent of 8 May 1873. Annual grant granted on 1 April 186l, RGBI No 41. From the same legal title as in § 3 under b/, the payment of the grant for administrative and peasant requirements of the Bohemian Moravian Church is paid to § 5 /Böhmisch-Märische Kirche/ as well as to § 6 /Various Churches/ as a grant for the administrative church requirements of a religious congregation of the Old Catholic Church in Brno.
