31 h.E.KOHLER Erik Reichenberg, lo.1.1941. Dear Mr. Over-Government Council ! Since I can assume that you too will bring a friendly interest in my possible appeal, I would like to inform you of the following in connection with my visit to the Secretary of State yesterday. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak with Mr Rotter, who is the head of a visual arts school in question, who gave me information on the teaching activities at this institution, which do not seem to be unimportant for the overall assessment of this question, and perhaps taking note of these views would also interest the Secretary of State. Since I do not have the right to submit this proposal to the Secretary of State, I would like to ask whether you personally considered it appropriate for the State Secretary to receive Mr Rotter for a short report? I leave this entirely to your discretion and accept any decision on this matter as always. Heil Hitler! Her very devoted I0 H.E.Köhler Mr. Superior Councillor JUDr.Robert G i e s Prague
