On the instructions of the Secretary of State, I am sending a request for a return for a process which deals with the occupation of the business administration at the Volksbildungsstätte Prague, for personal and confidential knowledge. The Secretary of State had the intention to discuss the matter with you at one of the fixed meetings, since the appointments were not possible in the last few votes, but the Secretary-General wanted to see the relevant matter in an orderly manner as soon as possible. I would be grateful if you would inform the Secretary of State, as soon as you are in a position to do so. I should like to point out that Dr. Franzel has been taken care of by the Czech State Authority in Prague.
