An exact and repeated examination of the possibility of acquiring a larger forest estate by the Princes of Hesse in Bohemia and Moravia has repeatedly led to the conclusion that it seems indefensible in the present time for various reasons. The national political aspects, which were communicated to the Reichsforstamt at that time, are in fact justified by the fact that it seems not to be appropriate for the Czech nobles to take their possessions into compulsory administration and then to assign these or other possessions to German noble families. Such an approach would undoubtedly underscore the widely held view here that various measures are directed exclusively against the Czech nobility. Due to the international connections of the Czech aristocracy, this would lead to atmospheric tebuya effects which cannot be held responsible at present X. It should also be borne in mind that the objects to be considered in their legal situation are not yet so clearly clear that a transfer to the Prince of Hesse could be carried out without difficulty, which in turn would have to have political consequences. In my view, the desired transfer of ownership cannot be carried out in the present time. Nor should it be forgotten that a great many land applicants from the Reich are rejected here on the grounds that the Führer's decree prohibits the acquisition of land during the war. Exceptions apply only to persons who are war victims and who are to be placed in the same position. IV-55432-
