On 1.7.194l he took over the commando of the Gendarmenerie supplementary department.He has since been also commander of the gendarmen's school and was to be promoted to lieutenant colonel on 1.7.1942. 2.) The single defendant Jindra came to the commercial academy after attending the Realschule and after passing the maturing examination, later after the outbreak of the first Velt war to the reserve officer school.In October l9l5 he was appointed lieutenant of the reserve on the Italian front.In 19l6 he advised in Italian captivity, in captivity he entered the Czech legion and fought actively until the end of the war against the central powers.He holds a whole series of high Italian and Romanian war awards. After the war, he joined the gendarmerie in September 1969.After various commands in Slovakia, he came to the national gendarme commando in Prague in September 1939.After a month of activity in Prague, he was transferred to Königgrätz as major and abbey commander. 3.) The defendant Mêsteêky attended 4 classes elementary school and 4 classes civic school in Königgrätz, after leaving school he worked until 192l in the agriculture of his parents.After that he did his military service in the Czech army and then became a gendarmerie officer in the year l923.He is married and has a child at the age of 2 years. 4.) The defendant Dobfensky attended the elementary school until 1909, then until the year l9l2 the civic school in Bistrau. After leaving school, he studied ceramics painting in Prague, serving in the Austro-Hungarian army from 1969 until the end of the war.He was an active front fighter.As a war award, he holds the Karl Troop Cross.Since the year 1969, he has worked continuously as a military officer.He is married and has 2 children aged 15 and 16.
