Draft. SÜDOSTEUROPA-Gesellschaft Wien, 24 November 1942 The Chief Executive Officer Dr.Ha/Wu To the German Society of Economics in Bohemia and Moravia, e.g. Mr. President General Director Dr. A d o l f, P r ag Dear Dr. Adolf! In addition to the between the German Association of Economy in Bohemia, Moravia and the South East European Society on 24 March 1942. In Vienna, and in confirmation of the meetings between Reichs- statthalter Reichsleiter v.Schirach and Ss-Groupführer State Secretary Frank, I allow myself to record in the following the individual discussion points: 1.) The purpose and aim of the Vienna discussions was the agreement of the joint action of Prague and Vienna in the south-east in the sense of the legacies of the deputy Reichsprotector SS-Obergruppenleiter Heydrich. 2.) There was agreement that cooperation between Prague and Vienna should be developed and deepened in all economic south-east areas and that the South-East European society should exercise the economic and cultural-political intermediate functions from the empire to the south-eastern region. The economic organizations of the Protectorate and the South-Eastern Europe Society agree that trade in goods taken from Bohemia and Moravia to the south-east is to take place as far as possible via Vienna. Vienna declares that in all south-eastern issues the interests of Prague should be represented by prior agreement with Prague. The extension of this agreement to other areas, such as organisations, is desirable.
