5.M y Dr. Friedrich Korh Elbogen, 23. March 1939. 69. Notary in Elblog in Hölmen Teledon No. 14 ollparkaffen-3iondo Peag 70,033 Mr. Secretary of State Karl H. Frank in Pr a g. High Honored Mr. Frank! For the office of immense importance to which you were called, I ask you to accept my blessings from a faithful heart. It seems to me that you have taken the most important position that Germanism is currently occupying in Europe. I remember a conversation that I had with you three years ago during a ride in the dining car about the plan of a Kolbenheyer lecture in front of the Czech audience. The thought was to come to you and you advised me to use it. It did not happen. The only way that led from German to Czech in spiritual matters at that time was through the Jewish bridge, which in this case was inconceivable. At the same time, I turned to Prof. Pfitzner, with whom I published a translation of the Pekařian script "The Sense of Czech History" by Rohrer. Wilhelm Stapel wrote about it.
