If the old German Karis University of Prague becomes Reichsuniversität,which,as I was informed,is planned, you would give a great service to the Protectorate if Dr.Hermann Raschhofer, who is now reading as a lecturer at the University of Göttingen, could get an appointment as a professor of state and international law at a teaching pulpit of the German University of Prag. Raschhofer could provide valuable assistance to the protectorate in this Palle as a consultant on specific legal matters.
