151 June 2, 1939. 1.) To the Minister of the Reich for Science. Education and People's Education Pg. R u s t B.rlin Very revered pg. Rust ! I have been asked to work for the appointment of the university professor Dr. S a u r e who is currently working in Göttingen immediately, but no later than the winter semester 1939/4o to the Faculty of Law of the University of Prague. This plan is very appealing to me because of Professor Saure's personality and I would regard his action in Prague as a significant gain for the German interests in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. In my opinion, the point of departure of Professor Saure for Goddess means a loss; for the German interests in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia have priority in this case. I would be to you, Pg. Rust, too much thanks if you would lend your support to the plan and make sure that Professor Saure's employees in Prague can be reckoned with by the winter semester 1939/4o at the latest.
