By letter of 7 May l939, the Chancellery of the President of the Government in Karlovy Vary informed me that, in order to deal with my entry for name addition and corresponding correction of the birth and baptismal matriculation, the proof of my belonging to the Reich must be provided and since I have neither residence nor residence in the Reich area, would be in question for the processing of my application by the Police President in Berlin.
