It would therefore be unfavorable if the Germans were to support this 15 provisional institution. Any success can only be achieved by the bearers of the new direction, the future Czech swastika. If the Germans set things up in such a way that provisional institutions succeed, then they support the authority of the bearers of the Provisional, which they thereby consolidate. But how would it be possible for a new direction to emerge? The success of the remnants of the old regime will be hindered by the efforts to reshape the Czech people. The old regime, however, is willing - in order to maintain its power - to be more pontifical than the Pope today and the people of the past will be more hook-crossing than the German National Socialists themselves. However, this would be the crowning of our misfortune and even worse, that this action would not lead to the goal. Whatever the people of the old regime say and whatever they do, it misses its effect. The people despise those people who also know how to turn the economy to where the wind blows. The economicists can dress the people in brown uniforms, but beat hypocritical and cold hearts below them. And even more so: if the Germans support the economicists, who are firmly anchored in the old, defeated world, then they support the authority of those people who will have underground elements and influences behind the Kulis and who will lead to an invisible struggle of the old tendencies with the new ones. National solidarity (also the Beran government) is only in place as a transitional form, which is only good for mechanically maintaining the cycle of the most necessary state and national mechanism. Positive and creative things can only produce those institutions that are born from the future national-social movement. Biş there the Germans cannot support anything, they must categorically forbid that the bearers of the old regime and the remnants of this regime profanise beautiful ideals and thoughts in provisional institutions. It must be given the opportunity to create a National Socialist movement, regardless of the national solidarity. This movement must be supported by all means of propaganda, but it must be taken into account that it does not appear that this movement is the product of German organes. It must be made up of Czech forces. From a personal point of view, people from the "Vlajka" are in question, some from the fascists and a few from the former Národní jednota, but also quite a lot of individuals who were previously not politically engaged.
