E CENTRAL ASSOCIATION OF INDUSTRY FOR BOHMEN AND MAHREN Page 2 to Brif to SS-Obersturmbannführer Eilerfrom December 1st 194l. will reappear and must appear healthy. 2./ The summary of small craft enterprises as a whole can be made. However, I do not think that they are superfluous and economically politically desirable under all circumstances.Supplier communities of this kind are to be built up mainly from a military point of view, from the point of the client's viewpoint, but not from the standpoint of large sales.I think it is particularly wrong to achieve on the German side thereby the possibility of a restriction of the craft enterprise.I, however, consider it right to combine the homeworkers in an appropriate form. In my view, however, this should be more of a social dimension than an increase in production. 3./ In any case, whether for a fulle of individual enterprises or an overall organisation, the main prerequisite for their flowering and further development is a healthy and natural young person's guidance, especially the maintenance of the worker's level. However, the level of the labourer undoubtedly includes a broad training and its adaptability to the various production processes, especially in an industry which, like the clothing industry, is subject to great fashionable fluctuations. I therefore believe that this particularisation is inconceivable and at least dangerous, especially in the clothing industry.Apart from the variations in fashion, which are to be taken into account especially in women's clothing, the seasonal character in this industry is to be considered,so that,in my opinion, it is part of the healthy type of entrepreneur, by adapting and by a limited dispersion of production, to adapt to the respective market conditions.
