The expansion of Prossnitz manufacturing in accordance with the most modern manufacturing and business principles and their use of production in the markets of Eastern and South Europe. The economic reorganisation of Europe and the associated extraordinary tasks which will make it necessary to allocate a clearly defined programme to each economic area involved, with reference to its economic conditions and development opportunities, require already in the transitional stadia for forward planning and preparation of measures for peace building. This applies to the individual company and is very strong for state economic areas. The objective of the economy of the Protectorate must be to a considerable extent directed to the needs of the East and the South-East region of Europaas. This is indicated by both the geographical location and the production conditions of the protectorate. For the market satisfaction of these economic areas, the textile industry will play a particularly important role, in particular the production of finished clothing, for which there is an exceptional possibility of sales, and the protectorate has distinct textile centres, of which Proßnitz is the most famous, oldest and most important. Friden production will be based on the motto of using the most modern and rational production methods in best-organized manufacturing facilities in the interests of rapid and complete coverage of requirements. In the future, not one hour's work must not be wasted by an inappropriate organization of the company, by outdated working methods or even by surviving production methods. Therefore, it is important to consider the measures already today and to initiate their implementation, which are suitable to achieve the stated goal without any problems. In the modern factories of Rolny and Nehera in Pros- nitz, there are already valuable starting points, as I said, but only starting points. In contrast, the overall state of Prossnitz is with the multiplicity of its medium and small enterprises, their unrational way of working, with its system of homework.
