3.) Use of a motor vehicle, which is angled for other purposes, on a single hunting trip, particularly to be authorized. The request to use a motor car for hunting purposes shall be addressed to the Oberlandrat, in the district of the hunting area. The application must be examined by the forestry officer at the Oberlandrat. The decision is taken in case 1.) by the representative for local transport, Prague II., Švehla-Ufer No.2o, 2.) and 3.) of the Oberlandsrat. For hunting trips to the Old Kingdom, a certificate stating the name of the applicant, the police registration number of the motor vehicle, the duration of validity and the distance authorised for hunting from the place of residence to the hunting vehicle shall be issued. The approval may also be noted on the certificate of renewal. A special allocation of fuels for hunting is only possible in the case of l), angle only for hunting purposes. The competent person for this purpose is the competent person.
