SV The Head of Division V Prague, 18 February 1945. - Nr. V-156/45 - Minlstoram 1 9.FEB. 1945 To i-Obergruppenführer Minister of State F r a n k. 1 Anlage. Since yesterday there was no opportunity to speak orally to Jhnen the enclosed case, I report as follows: The facts of the case are different from those described in the annex. Adolf, informed me that Daas Mini=sterial conductor Danco had requested 8o00 workers to be able to repair more locomotives in the repair workshops of the BMB, including Reichsloko= notive. He considered this procedure to be wrong, as this meant the withdrawal of 8ooo specialists from the local Jndustri, which could not be held responsible. Therefore, he suggests that the greater part of the locomotives be repaired in Jndustrie operations, which had always built locomotives. On the basis of the telephone call by Dr. Adolf, I found that there is no question of a requirement of 8oo workers by the transport administration for the said purpose. On the contrary, only 2300 forces were required; the other workers were intended for completely different purposes of the BMB, especially for roadway construction. Jch had then given the instruction to provide BMB repair shops with the labour force necessary to ensure maximum performance in the workshops. A stop in the allocation of workers to the repair workshops of the BMB is never a $\M- 19 c/r4}
