In the opinion of the Oberlandrat, only the district court building in view can be taken out for a transfer of its authority in Königgrätz. However, the Oberlandsrat represented the point of view that on this occasion could be met by his often expressed wish to transfer the Ober Landratsamt to Stapo, Kripo and SD. from Königglätz to Pardubitz. As the seat of the Oberlandrat for the districts of Königgrätz and Pardubitz, the city of Königkrätz could be designated; until the establishment of an administrative building in Königglätz, the administration could take place from Pardubatz.
